Ingredients:
1 cup cooked sweet potato
2 tbsp Noa & Co Protein Powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp almond butter
½ cup plant milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1 date (optional)
Method:
Blend together all the ingredients until smooth. Can be enjoyed warm or cold. To heat, simply warm in the microwave or on a stovetop, add more milk accordingly. Serve with chocolate nut butter and blueberries.
