1/4 brownie pieces / granola / oreos
200g plain tofu
3-6 tbsp maple syrup (depending on preference)
4 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 tbsp @noa_andco collagen creamer - optional
Blend the tofu, peanut butter and maple together until super smooth. Add a splash of almond milk if needed. Remove some of the mousse for the topping, then add the cacao or cocoa powder and blend again.
To assemble, add brownie pieces, granola or nuts (or all, like me)
Too with chocolate mousse, then peanut butter mousse and garnish with choc chips and nuts.
