Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Noa & Co products. However, due to the nature of our products, weβre unable to accept returns on food or consumable items.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food, supplement, or consumable product, even if unopened. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where products are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Once your claim is approved, weβll process your refund to the original method of payment within 7β10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you havenβt received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider. If thereβs still an issue, contact us at hello@noaandco.com.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, weβll issue a store credit for any approved refund. If the gift wasnβt marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
