Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Noa & Co products. However, due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on food or consumable items.
Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food, supplement, or consumable product, even if unopened. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where products are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Once your claim is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider. If there’s still an issue, contact us at hello@noaandco.com.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a store credit for any approved refund. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
