Protein Chickpea Cookie Dough

Serves 1-4


1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
3 tbsp Noa & Co Protein Powder
3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp plant milk
1 tsp caramel essence
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Pinch sea salt


Blend together all the ingredients except the choc chips until very smooth.  Fold in the chocolate and transfer to a jar to rest in the fridge. Let it set for 2 hours in the fridge for a more cookie dough like consistency.
