½ cup medjool dates or (normal dates soaked in ½ cup boiling water)
3 tbsp Noa & Co protein powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup rolled oats or whole nuts
¼ cup peanut butter or any nut butter
80g 85% dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup chopped nuts of choice
Blend together the dates, protein powder, vanilla essence, oats and peanut butter until it forms a soft wet biscuit like crumb. Press into a small square tin until tightly packed.
Melt the chocolate and oil together. Stir through the chopped nuts and pour over the biscuit base. Set in the fridge overnight. Store in a air tight container for up to one week.
