Ingredients:
1.5 cups oat flour (store bought works better than homemade)
1 tbsp Noa & Co protein powder (optional but delicious)
2 tbsp @pb2southafrica powder (also optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup maple
1/4 cup coconut sugar
Method:
1. Turn on your oven to 180°C
2. Mix together all the wet ingredients and coconut sugar until we’ll combined then add the fry ingredients- it should be a slightly runny consistency - if it is too thick add a splash more milk until it looks like thick cake batter.
Spoon into your doughnut pan until 3/4 way full - you can either grease the pan or use a spray - whatever your vibe.
Bake for 10-15min until the edges are slightly golden.
Leave in the pan to cool before removing. This is NB.
While you wait ~ make a simple glaze using maple syrup, peanut butter and coconut cream/yoghurt or coconut oil for a thinner glaze. For chocolate simple add cocoa / raw cacao or try out @olaokja new hazelnut spread 🤌 it’s amazing
Decorate with chopped nuts and cacao nibs and blommies - I highly recommend the nuts with the chocolate 🤤
