Probiotic Peanut Butter Latte Smoothies

Serves 1-2


1 frozen banana
4 tbsp Noa & Co protein powder
3 heaped tbsp peanut butter
2 dates
¼ cup strong coffee (cooled) or 1 tbso instant coffee
½ cup almond or any plant milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Handful ice


Blend together all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and smooth. Enjoy as a nourishing breakfast, snack or pre/post workout shake.
