Collagen French Toast

Serves 1


3 heaped tbsp Noa & Co Collagen Creamer
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup plant milk
1 tsp coconut oil

2 slices bread of choice


Blend together the collagen creamer, chia seeds and milk until very smooth. Place the bread in a shallow baking dish and pour over the French toast mix. Allow to soak for up to 5min.

Heat a frying pan to a medium high heat. Melt the coconut oil before frying the toast for 1-2min on each side. Serve with nut butter, honey or chocolate shavings!
