Ingredients:1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (optional)
2 tbsp collagen powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk/water
1 tbsp tahini or nut butter
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
Cook the oats with vanilla, salt and milk/water until cooked through, about 10min on a medium heat in a pot or 5min in the microwave. Then add the collagen powder and flaxseed and mix through until creamy. Top with your favourite fruit, sweetener and nut butter.
