Banana Pie Smoothie


1 banana (peeled and frozen)
¼ cup cooked or raw oats
1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp ground flaxseed
3/4 cup oat milk
Pinch salt
1 tsp caramel / vanilla essence (optional)



Blend together all the ingredients until very smooth. Pour into a jar or smoothie cup and sip on the go!
